PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS ARE APPLICABLE TO ORDERS PLACED DIRECTLY ON OUR LABEDA SITE (WWW.LABEDA.COM). IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED AN ITEM THROUGH A LOCAL RETAILER, THIS POLICY WOULD NOT APPLY.
Labeda stands behind our trademark of precision engineering. For over 50 years, Labeda has provided exceptional hockey products to the hockey community. We are grateful for your purchase as it’s supporting a small family business. For your purchase, if you are not 100% satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return and exchange your NEW and UNUSED item within 60 days of your delivery date for an exchange of the item(s) purchase. The item(s) must be sent back to www.Labeda.com.

In the case of exchanges, customers must pay to have product shipped to www.Labeda.com and $10.00 for any re-shipment of products shipped out from our Labeda HQ. This applies to any order which www.Labeda.com has fulfilled correctly.
www.Labeda.com Return Policy Guidelines:
- Unused Items

- For a product to be considered unused, it must:
- Be in its original packaging
- Show no scuffs, stains, dirt, or other marks that would indicate use
- Still be in the same condition in which it was purchased
- Specialty Custom merchandise of any kind cannot be returned.
- Packed with Invoice Order & the RETURN FORM completed.

I order the incorrect size, product etc…
If a customer orders the incorrect sizing. The customer must pay for the shipping expenses to return the product to www.Labeda.com. As well as the new correct product to be re-shipped by Labeda.com. That will be a $10 shipping fee which will be charged when you complete the return form.
NOTE:Customers will still need to pay for shipping expenses to send the product back as well as the $10 reshipment fee.
CUSTOMER ORDERED WRONG PRODUCT → EXCHANGES
- Returns that meet our Return Policy Guidelines must complete a RETURN FORM before shipping the product back to Labeda HQ. Also pay for re-shipment of new product exchange (Once the form is submitted please move to step 2)
- Box up product(s) and include a copy of the email order invoice (keep a copy for your records).
- The Customer will need to pay to have the product returned via any shipping carrier. It’s recommended to utilize a shipping service that provides package tracking to ensure the safe arrival of the package to Labeda HQ.

- In order to receive a exchange on the product(s), the product(s) must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used or washed and it must contain all accompanying parts
- Once the return form information has been received and the product to be exchanged is shipped back to Labeda HQ, our Customer Service Department will issue an exchange to be reshipped. It may take 72 hours to ship out (as long as the product is in stock). As soon as an exchange has been issued/shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your confirmation.
I received a different product than what I ordered….
If the customer received an item which was ordered correctly by the customer and www.Labeda.com shipped incorrectly, please complete the RETURN FORM In cases where www.Labeda.com made an error, we can send the customer a prepaid label via email to return the product to Labeda HQ.

- My product is flawed or defective…
- The product purchased must be flawed or defective:
- during normal and correct use designated for the product
- used on the proper surface designated for the product
- Within weight guidelines of the player that is designated for the product
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES
- Once the RETURN FORM has been received and photos inspected by our customer service department and if it meets all of our guidelines, the Customer Service Department will issue an exchange to be reshipped. It may take 72 hours to ship out (as long as the product is in stock).. As soon as an exchange has been issued/shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your confirmation.

Custom merchandise of any kind cannot be returned. Specialty products will only be accepted by www.Labeda.com, in circumstances where the product has been damaged in shipment, or where the incorrect product was shipped.
