PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS ARE APPLICABLE TO ORDERS PLACED THROUGH A LOCAL RETAILER NOT DIRECT THROUGH WWW.LABEDA.COM. THIS POLICY WOULD NOT APPLY TO ORDERS PLACED DIRECTLY ON WWW.LABEDA.COM.

60 Day Limited Warranty coverage will be determined exclusively by the Employees/Managers of Labeda HQ. 

All products manufactured by Labeda have a 60-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This applies to all wheels, frames, bearing protective equipment, and accessories.


We will inspect to determine whether or not the product is deemed replaceable under the warranty and was not subject to misuse. If we deem a replacement necessary, Labeda HQ will cover the shipping of the exchange shipped to you.

If the customer feels that the product is defective or doesn't perform as well as thought it should, the customer can follow these steps for an exchange:


  • Complete the WARRANTY FORM 
  • Once the Warranty Form has been received and photos inspected by our customer service department and if it meets all of our guidelines, an exchange will be issued. It may take 72 hours to ship out. As soon as an exchange has been issued/shipped, you will receive an automatic email with your confirmation.

    This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary regionally or nationally. Some locales do not allow limitations on the length of time an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
