Shipping policy
All orders from Labeda are shipped from our warehouse located at:

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing after your order is placed before shipment. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday only. Our warehouse is closed for shipping on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Orders placed late Thursday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Labeda utilizes UPS Ground, FedEx, and DHL shipping services for all online orders. If you have an urgent shipping request or need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact our office before placing your order so we can help you select the appropriate expedited shipping option.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. Labeda is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Carrier Delays or Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. While we strive to ensure prompt processing and shipment, Labeda cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation. Our team will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
International Orders
Labeda is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be applied by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. This policy applies to all international and Canadian shipments.
